WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

For your convenience, we offer in-store and curbside pickup for all products featured on our website. Pickups are available by appointment from Monday to Friday between 10 AM and 7 PM.

We provide a variety of shipping options to cater to your preferences. In certain cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your selected products.

Free Standard Shipping Promotion:

As a limited-time introductory offer, we provide free standard shipping for all domestic orders totaling Rs 450 or more. Please note that shipping charges will apply once this promotional offer concludes.

Delivery Timeframe:

Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the time of placement on our website. However, in rare instances of logistical issues at our courier partner's end, there may be minor delays in the delivery process. Your understanding in such cases is greatly appreciated.

For international orders, the delivery timeframe may range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country, unless unforeseen logistical issues arise at the courier partner's end.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping services. Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

Please be aware that various regulations and restrictions may apply to international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. In such cases, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country and for covering any associated additional costs or taxes.
